Delete my account

You can delete your Ninrem account at any time from inside the mobile app. Deletion starts a 14-day grace period during which you can cancel; after the grace period ends we permanently tombstone your profile and remove the personal data listed below.
How to delete your account
- Open Ninrem
- Go to Profile
- Tap Delete account
- Type your email to confirm, then tap Delete my account
You will be signed out immediately. If you change your mind, sign back in during the 14-day window and tap Cancel deletion.
Can't access the app?
If you're locked out, email contact@greenlink.africa from the address associated with your account and we'll process the request on your behalf.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, name, email, phone number, avatar, and social-login identifiers
- Garment photos, body profile, and AI previews you generated
- Personal designs you uploaded and any try-on sessions tied to them
- Any blocks and reports you submitted
- Your Stripe customer record, if one exists
- Remaining credit balance (non-refundable, per our Terms)
What we retain
- Payment transaction records and invoices — required by Canadian tax law (7 years). These rows are anonymized: they point at a tombstone of your user ID with no PII attached.
- Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics used for product analytics
- Order and client records inside any atelier (organization) you belonged to — these belong to the atelier, not to you individually, and stay with the atelier after you leave.
Special handling for atelier owners
If you're the sole owner of an atelier with other members, the oldest admin (or tailor, if there are no admins) is automatically promoted to owner so the atelier stays operable. If you're the only member of your atelier, the atelier itself is archived at the same time your account is tombstoned.
